She is a resident of Virginia Beach, VA who has twenty-one years of educational experience. She is a graduate of Salisbury State University teaching literacy to 2nd and 3rd graders where Ms. Sarah Peoples Perry is the principal. She believes that every child if given the right opportunity and instance can excel.
